The Abiding Presence family gathers every Sunday for worship at 9:30 am. Each service includes hymns, liturgy, a sermon, and open communion. A youth message is included within the service. To receive Communion when worshipping online, just have a cracker or piece of bread and a sip of wine ready. When the congregation in-person receives Communion, you are invited to receive the bread and wine.
First Communion for children is held annually on the first Sunday in November (All Saints Sunday), and preparation for First Communion takes place in September and October. Pastor Sharon consults with parents about when their child is ready for First Communion. Children who are not yet communing are invited to come forward to receive a blessing.
